Rio Natsume (????, Rio Natsume) born 20 February 1985, is a Japanese gravure idol. She is best known for having extremely large natural breasts on a petite and slender yet curvaceous body. She has released several DVDs and photobooks and has appeared in several TV shows in Japan.
